Made to order

Every Veil piece is handmade to order, so orders aren't dispatched straight away. Most pieces are ready to ship within 5–7 days of your order. Commissions and personalised pieces may take a little longer, and we'll always confirm the timing with you before we begin.

Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and selected international destinations including Australia, Canada and the United Arab Emirates. If we can deliver to your country, you'll see it at checkout.

Delivery rates

• United Kingdom: standard delivery £3.00, express delivery £5.00
• European Union and international: £15.00, customs included

Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

International delivery includes customs fees, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Tracking
